Does EPE, Inc allow the official club propagandize Lucy de Barbin or not?
Answer which you gave me "Ms. Barbin has a first ammendment right to say anything she wants, even if it is a total fabrication" is NOT REPLY to our question.
WE ASKED YOU REGARDING PROPAGANDA LUCY DE BARBIN IN THE NAME OF OFFICIAL EP FAN CLUB www.elvispresley.ru
MS BARBIN MAY HAS A RIHT BUT IN THIS CASE THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT OFFICIAL FAN CLUB PROPAGANDIZE LUCY DE BARBIN.
I don't think my english so bad and you can not understand this easy question.

I don't believe that it takes Graceland half-year to review this outrageous situation.We repeatedly!!! contacted you regarding this matter. First time we contacted you at the end of August, 2003. We also wrote (via e-mail graceland@elvis.com) For the Attention of Jack Soden and For the Attention of Debbie Johnson.

Secondly, I contacted Graceland repeatedly regarding this matter, but you answer me just now. Why? Is that difficult question to you?
This is NOT complaint! This is really outrageous situation about Elvis Presley in Russia.
Maybe Ms Barbin has a right to say anything she wants BUT I ASKED you about propaganda as EP CLUB!!!
How official fan club can propagandize Unofficial story?!

When we started our fan club "Elvis Fans from Russia" (in summer 2003) EPE replyed us "Presently, an Elvis Presley fan club is not available in your immediate area. If you would like information on how to start a fan club, please contact us."
So that "official" club is NOT registered by EPE, inc. But they propagandized Lucy de Barbin as Official club:

The night from August 16 to August 17, 2003 Echo of Moscow Radio Station - 0:05 An Elvis Presley special live broadcast, where club appeared as "Official fan club" and propagandized the book by Lucy de Barbin and talked about Lucy's life now and also advertised their official fan club web site: http://www.elvispresley.ru
b.. 08 January, 2004 1TV (Channel One Russia) - 7:15 (morning) where members of that club (Galadzheva and Shuvalova) talked about Lucy & Elvis Love Story and showed picture of Desire (Lucy & Elvis daughter)
c.. The night from January 10 to January 11, 2004 Echo of Moscow Radio Station - 0:05 An Elvis Presley special live broadcast, where club appeared as "official fan club" and announced their intention to release their own Elvis Presley CD; announced that club now establish relations with EPE, Inc.;

That's not enough legal ground to you? Radio and TV is not enough? We can to send you recorded broadcasts.

And now that club contact to you about becoming an official fan club?!
Club which propagandize Lucy de Barbin want to be registered fan club?!
